On August 31, 2013, Japanese game developer Keiji Inafune started a Kickstarter for his newest project, Mighty No. 9. Inspired by his experiences creating the Mega Man franchise, Inafune promises to lead his own company, Concept, to produce a title that "takes the takes the best aspects of the 8- and 16-bit era classics you know and love, and transforms them with modern tech, fresh mechanics, and fan input into something fresh and amazing!"

The purpose of this group is not only to unite the already growing number of fans, but to inform others of this promising game and get them involved.

You can find all you need to know about Mighty No. 9 on its Kickstarter page here:…

This group is in no way affiliated with either Keiji Inafune or Comcept. This is just to support their project.

Hey there.  Some time ago, I was reading about how Inafune wanted to franchise Mighty No. 9, stating how he wants there to be an anime, manga, comic book, tv drama, etc.

Well, in regards to the comic book, I was wondering.  Which comic book company would you like to publish the Mighty No. 9 comic book?

Hello. I am the developer of Rockbot, a free game inspirated in classic Megaman with some new features. The project code is open-source and counts with an editor so people can create their own games or expand over the default one.

One problem I need help with, is that I want to get rid of all copyrighted material and create art from the ground; but I am a software engeneer, not an artist, thus creating pixel art is not an easy task for me.

I want to ask you to join my cause and take a bit of your time to take a look and maybe help me out in this project or allowing me to use your previous work on it.

Hey all you mighty artists! If you've been hanging around the Mighty No. 9 community, you may have heard of the D-pository by now. If you have, then great! If you haven't, then you might want to about now because the D-pository's startin' up a big art project as a tribute to Hideki Ishikawa (creator of Call E)! Pic above very much so related. Check out the link below if ya wanna know more!…

being as keji left capcom, which company is mighty no.9 going to be under?
(like nintendo, sega, konami, ect ect)
Or will this game not have a specific company or a brand new one??

I'd imagine that Mighty No.9 would be self-published, given the fact that it raised over 4 million dollars on its own or that Capcom mishandling the Mega Man francise the way it did is the sole reason for this project to begin with and Mr. Inafune didn't another company to handicap it somehow.

But that's just me.

I've been doin' some research and turns out Inafune made his own company called Comcept (com-cep-t), which is what the game will be published under :)
